Bio
Born in 1963 in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, People’s Republic of China. Enrolled in Aichi University in 1988 and graduated with a BA in law and economics in 1992. Received an MA in economics from Nagoya University in 1994 and joined the International Research Group of the LTCB Research Institute later that year. Moved to the Fujitsu Research Institute as a research fellow in 1998 and became a senior fellow in 2006. Joined the Tokyo Foundation for Policy Research in April 2018. Is concurrently a project professor at the Global Center for Asian and Regional Research of the University of Shizuoka.
