The government has emphasized the importance of GX as a measure to address population decline in various policies, but has not provided a concrete vision of what kind of social system will be built by promoting GX, and as things stand, the feasibility of the policy is in jeopardy.
To address this issue, this project presents a concrete vision of a "resource and energy recycling society" as a new social system built by promoting GX, and proposes the measures necessary to build it.
