Bio
Junji Hashimoto is a journalist specializing in water issues and representative of Aqua-Sphere Water Literacy Labo. He was a visiting associate professor at Tokyo Gakugei University from 2008 to 2012 and served as an expert for the Japan International Cooperation Agency in 2010 and 2011, participating in a Japan-China water recycling project. From 2011 to 2013, he was a special researcher in the First Special Research Office of the House of Councillors, researching and reporting on international, global environmental, and food issues, as well as on world water issues and Japan’s external strategy. 2020- Visiting professor at the Department of Environmental Systems, Musashino University.
