Bio
Born in 1963. Graduated from the Faculty of Sociology, Hitotsubashi University. After working for Nihon Keizai Shimbun (Nikkei) and the Japan Center for Economic Research for 25 years, became an associate professor in the Faculty of Economics, Kanagawa University. Became a professor in 2014. Received his MA in economics from Chiba University in 2004.Became an advisor at the Tokyo Foundation for Policy Research in August 2017.
