On Friday, October 23, 2026, the Tokyo Foundation held an exchange of views with a delegation from the Association of Former Members of Congress (FMC).

Six former U.S. Members of Congress and six Japanese participants, including former Diet members and experts, exchanged views on U.S.–Japan relations, population decline and immigration, and cybersecurity.

Through dialogue and people-to-people exchange with partners around the world, the Tokyo Foundation will continue to broaden the knowledge and networks that underpin efforts to address social challenges.
