It has come to our attention that documents bearing the Tokyo Foundation's name, together with the names and signatures of individuals associated with the Foundation, have been produced without authorization and used to solicit individuals for employment or contract work. We have also identified messages sent from addresses outside our official domain, as well as job listings posted in the Foundation's name on recruitment platforms. None of these communications or listings originate from, or are in any way connected to, the Tokyo Foundation.

Please note the following:
- The Foundation uses the domain "@tkfd.or.jp" for all of its email addresses. Messages from any other domain are not from us.
- English-language job openings are posted on this website. An English-language job listing that does not appear here is not from the Foundation. As of the date of this notice, the Foundation has no open English-language positions.
- The Foundation never requests payment of any kind in connection with employment or contract work.

If you receive a communication you do not recognize, please do not reply to it, open any attached files, or provide personal information. If you have already corresponded with the sender, or if you are unsure whether a message claiming to come from the Foundation is genuine, please contact us at the address below. We also encourage you to report the matter to the police or other appropriate authorities.
