Bio

Assistant Professor, Faculty of Policy Management, Department of Policy Management, Keio University; Visiting Lecturer, National Defense Academy in Japan

Prior to joining Keio University, was director of research at the Japan Forum on International Relations Inc. (JFIR) in 2003–2004, and a research fellow at the Japan Institute of International Affairs (JIIA ) in 1999 –2003. Earned his doctoral degree from the Graduate School of Media and Governance, Keio University, in March 2005.
