Bio
Le Quang Chien is an economist at Keio University’s Graduate School of Media and Governance. He earned his PhD in development economics from the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies (GRIPS), Tokyo. His research centers on leveraging data and analytical methodologies to enhance school effectiveness.
