Areas of Expertise

After graduating from Waseda University, earned her MA in anthropology from the University of Alaska Fairbanks. Served in international development organizations such as Plan Japan, UNICEF and Japan International Cooperation Agency over 10 years. Engaged in international exchange programs at St. Luke's College of Nursing in Tokyo, and joined the Tokyo Foundation in September 2008.
