PROFILE:
Received his PhD in media and governance from Keio University. Has been a visiting research fellow at the Japan Institute of International Affairs and director of research at the Japan Forum in International Relations. Has served as a member of several government advisory councils, including the special board of inquiry for examining “Japan’s 21st Century Vision” for the Council on Economic and Fiscal Policy.
